Leslie Jordan, an Emmy Award winner who played the role of Beverley Leslie on the hit TV show 'Friends', has died at the age of 67. His death was confirmed by his agent on Monday.
Jordan was best known for his role as Beverley Leslie, the flamboyant and sarcastic neighbor of Chandler Bing on 'Friends'. He first appeared on the show in 1994 and quickly became a fan favorite. He also had notable roles in several other shows including 'Will & Grace', 'Ugly Betty' and 'American Horror Story'.
Tributes Have Poured In For Jordan From Friends, Fans, And Fellow Actors
Friends co-star Courteney Cox took to Instagram to share her condolences, writing: "Leslie Jordan has passed away and the world is a much sadder place today. He was such a bright light on 'Friends' and we will miss him dearly."
Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on 'Friends', said: "I am heartbroken at the news of Leslie's passing. He was a great friend and a wonderful actor. I will miss him dearly."
