“Dumped garbage on neighbors”: Residents of a house in Cherkessk complained about a “problem” pensioner

Neighbors turned to the police because of the 78-year-old woman

Residents of a high-rise building in the city of Cherkessk complained about a neighbor on the top floor to law enforcement agencies. According to the residents of the house, the pensioner throws garbage and sewage out of the window onto the balconies of the lower floors.

The police came to the call and talked to the neighbors and the woman herself. The pensioner explained that she did not throw anything out of the window, and her neighbors slandered her. The police drew up a protocol on the neighbors for a false call. The police found that there was no corpus delicti in the pensioner's actions.

However, the neighbors disagree with the police's decision and intend to seek justice on their own. According to them, the woman has been throwing garbage out of the window for several years. According to the neighbors, because of her actions, the facade of the house has deteriorated, an unpleasant smell appears on the balconies of the first and second floors.

The neighbors repeatedly tried to talk to the pensioner, but their conversations ended in quarrels and mutual insults. Then the neighbors decided to go to the district police officer, but their statement was not accepted. After that, the residents recorded the actions of the pensioner on video and posted the footage on social networks.
