Berryville Announces Inaugural Hall of Fame Class
Historic designations recognize local legends
Community gathers to honor founding fathers, local sports heroes
Berryville, AR - The city of Berryville is proud to announce the inaugural class of its Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame was created to honor the city's most distinguished citizens, past and present. The inaugural class includes five individuals who have made significant contributions to the community in the areas of business, education, sports, and the arts.
The inductees are:
- John Smith, founder of the Smith Company, a leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment
- Mary Jones, a longtime educator who served as principal of Berryville High School for 25 years
- Bill Brown, a star athlete who led the Berryville Bobcats to two state championships
- Jane Doe, a renowned artist whose work has been exhibited in galleries around the world
- John Doe, a community activist who has volunteered his time to numerous local organizations
