Kamensk city Council: results of the week (official information)

During this period, at the 28th session, the deputies made changes to the procedure for granting the status of an honorary citizen of the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. Now, the decision to confer the title will be made by a majority vote of the deputies present at the meeting, and not by a secret ballot, as it was before. In addition, the deputies amended the Regulations on the procedure for holding competitive procedures for the right to conclude municipal contracts and approved the forecast plan for the procurement of goods, works, services to meet municipal needs for 2023-2025.
Housing and communal services
Road workers continue to repair the road surface on Soviet Avenue. The repair of the roadway on Karl Marx Street has been completed. Work on the installation of a traffic light at the intersection of Pervomaisky Avenue and Voroshilov Street is nearing completion. The issue of installing pedestrian crossings in front of school No. 16 and near house No. 128 on Pioneer Avenue is being resolved. Work is underway to repair the fence around the territory of the kindergarten "Fairy Tale". In preparation for the new school year, two more kindergartens will be repaired - "Golden Key" and "Sun".
Employees of the Green City municipal unitary enterprise continue to remove weeds and mow lawns in the city. The planting of trees and shrubs is underway at the newly opened youth square near the Mayak cinema. Trees have also been planted along Karl Marx Street. Employees of the enterprise also continue to work on landscaping the territory of the city cemetery. Work is underway to mow the grass, whitewash the trees and remove the garbage. The total area of the territory brought into proper sanitary condition amounted to more than 5 thousand square meters.
Services to the population
Employees of the Passports and Visas Office of the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky registered 70 citizens, issued 31 new passports and replaced 106 old ones. Also, 21 passports for traveling abroad were issued. At the migration registration point in the Maisky microdistrict, 14 citizens were registered and six new passports were issued.
In the registry office of the registry office of the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, 71 acts of civil status were registered last week. Of these: 17 acts of birth registration, 16 acts of marriage registration, 34 acts of death registration, four acts of name change.
Education
In the secondary schools of the city, preparations are underway for the new school year. Work is underway to repair classrooms and offices, and furniture and equipment are being purchased. In order to improve the organization of the educational process, in all educational institutions, training sessions are held with teachers, class teachers and parents.

In the park named after. M. Gorky, an entertainment program "Let's Spend the Summer with Benefit" was held. The program included a game program with animators, a drawing competition on asphalt and a dance flash mob. Employees of the Gorky Palace of Culture held a patriotic action "Flag of Russia" in the Maisky microdistrict. Together with the residents of the microdistrict, they released tricolor balls into the sky in honor of the upcoming holiday - the Day of the Russian Flag.
The art school named after. V.P. Barbashova held a reporting exhibition of works by students. The exhibition presents about 100 works of art made in various techniques: painting, drawing, sculpture, decorative and applied arts.
Sports
The city football stadium hosted the final match of the city championship in football among street teams. The winner was the team "Shkval". In the Kamensk chess club, the city championship in chess among veterans is being held. So far, six rounds have been played, the winner will be determined after nine rounds.
Other
The city's emergency dispatch service received 1,169 calls last week. Of these: 771 calls from the population, 398 calls from organizations. In the city, gas workers eliminated 11 leaks of household gas. Rescuers provided assistance to citizens 35 times. In the city, 29 crimes were registered, 15 of them were solved within a day. Police officers detained three people for drunk driving.
