Cavs dominate from the start

The Cavaliers jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. They led by 10 points after the first quarter and by 15 at halftime.

The Lakers made a run in the third quarter, cutting the lead to five, but the Cavaliers responded with a 10-0 run to put the game away.

Garland leads the way for Cavs

Darius Garland led the way for the Cavaliers with 24 points and 10 assists. Jarrett Allen added 20 points and 11 rebounds, and Evan Mobley had 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Anthony Davis scored 21 points for the Lakers, and Russell Westbrook added 19.

Lakers struggle from three-point range

The Lakers shot just 22.2% from three-point range, while the Cavaliers shot 40.0%.

The Lakers also committed 19 turnovers, while the Cavaliers had just 10.
