Soggy game likely for Spartans

The Michigan State Spartans will take on the Western Michigan Broncos on Saturday, Sept. 2, at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing.

The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET.

The weather forecast for Saturday is calling for rain and thunderstorms throughout the day, with a 70% chance of precipitation. The temperature is expected to be in the mid-60s.

The Spartans are coming off a 3-9 season in 2022, while the Broncos finished 7-6 last year.

This will be the first meeting between the two schools since 2015.
