Snowboarding legend Shaun White and actress Nina Dobrev are now engaged.
White proposed to Dobrev on Friday, May 20, 2023, and she said yes.
The couple has been dating since 2020 and have kept their relationship relatively private. However, they have occasionally shared photos and videos of each other on social media, giving fans a glimpse into their romance. White, 36, is a three-time Olympic gold medalist in snowboarding. He is considered one of the greatest snowboarders of all time. Dobrev, 34, is a Canadian actress best known for her roles in the television series "The Vampire Diaries" and "Degrassi: The Next Generation."
The couple's engagement was first reported by TMZ, which obtained a copy of the marriage license that White and Dobrev filed in Santa Barbara County, California. The license shows that the couple plans to marry on May 28, 2023. No other details about the wedding have been released.
